HORMONE CARE THAT STARTS BY LOOKING AT THE Whole PICTURE.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, already on hormone therapy and wondering if something has been missed, or trying to help your teenager understand what’s happening in her body, the goal is the same: understand what’s actually going on before deciding what to do about it.
My work includes hormone care, clinical consultations, case review and hormone health education for women and families who need more than a one-size-fits-all answer.

Start with a Courtesy Call
15 minutes. By phone. No charge.
You don’t need to know exactly what service you need before
reaching out.
The Courtesy Call is a brief conversation about what brought you here, what you’re looking for and whether my approach makes sense for what you need. If clinical care is appropriate, I’ll explain what the next step looks like and which service is the best fit.
This is an informal, non-clinical conversation, not a medical appointment or diagnosis, so please don’t upload labs or other medical information beforehand.
A little clarity, on the house.
Your care may include:
CONCIERGE PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE Care

Comprehensive intake + symptom review

Lab interpretation + clinical guidance

PCOS / PMOS

Postpartum

PMDD + severe cyclical symptoms

Medication education

Hormone therapy strategy + prescribing when appropriate

Perimenopause + menopause care

Symptom tracking + troubleshooting

Endometriosis

Fibroids

Ongoing clinical oversight + follow-up
You don't need to have a “straightforward” menopause case to belong here. The point is to understand what is happening in your body, how the different pieces may be interacting, and build the clinical strategy around that instead of forcing you into a standard protocol.
For women who want comprehensive hormone care, especially when the picture is more complicated than hot flashes and an irregular cycle.
We look at your symptoms, history, labs and hormonal picture together, including conditions and hormone-related concerns that can make treatment more complex.

Yes, we prescribe hormone therapy.
This isn't an education-only practice. When hormone therapy is clinically appropriate, prescribing is handled through the licensed clinicians on our team as part of your care.
That may include estradiol, progesterone, testosterone and DHEA, depending on your individual needs and clinical picture.
And because I get asked this all the time: yes, that includes testosterone therapy!
Your care may include:
ADOLESCENT HORMONAL HEALTH LITERACY Program

Healthy menstrual cycles + normal adolescent variation

Premenstrual symptoms + mood changes

Estrogen, progesterone + testosterone throughout the cycle

Ovulation + anovulatory cycles

Painful periods + dysmenorrhea

Endometriosis awareness + red flags

Heavy or irregular bleeding

Cycle tracking + body literacy
The goal isn’t to make teenagers hyperfocused on every symptom. It’s to give them the information and language to understand their bodies, recognize when something isn’t right, and know when to speak up.
Both parents will be asked to attend the initial appointment.
For cycling females ages 12 to 17 and their parents or guardians who want to understand what’s normal, what isn’t, and what deserves a closer look.
We start by building a real understanding of the menstrual cycle, how hormones change throughout adolescence, and how to recognize patterns that may need further evaluation.
Canada or the U.S.? Your care pathway may look different.
Clinical services are structured differently depending on where you live.
Canada
Clinical care is available to patients who have first been accepted into the practice.
United States
Consultation options follow a different structure and may include review of recent labs or additional testing where appropriate.

If something isn’t adding up,
start there.
You don’t need to show up knowing exactly what’s wrong or what kind of care you need. Tell me what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and where you’re stuck. I’ll tell you whether I think I can help and what the next step makes sense.
And if I don’t think I’m the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.
A little clarity, on the house.
